Waht is the best method to straightening and curling your hair?

Straightening your hair you want to start from underneath all your hair. ( so pin or clip up the top of your hair ) Start where the baby hair usually. Then keep taking a couple of sections of hair from your clips and straighten them; this will keep your hair straightened longer and help straighten those little curly hairs where your can't see. (:

Here is how I straighten my hair:

I use a moisturizing shampoo shampoo, Keratin mist (for softness), and a smoothdown product before I blow my hair straight. Then I use a professional straightener on high, working with one section of hair at a time (starting at the bottom and working my way forward to the crown).

Here is how I curl my hair:

I use a volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Then I immediately apply a spray gel, and scrunch WITH A TOWEL - this absorbs the moisture as I scrunch. Then I apply a scrunching moose. Here's my signature move - then I pile all of my hair on top of my head and secure it in a loose claw - this helps my hair dry without gravity weighing it down..

Hope this helps. I think the product you use makes a big difference. I learned early on that some things in life are worth saving money on, and others aren't especially hair products and toilet paper ;)
