I have wavy hair that curls out at the ends. I'm not allowed to get a straightener, so is there any way to get emo hair without straightening it?

You can try and straighten it with a hairdryer.
Or get your hair chemically straightened, but I wouldn't suggest that because its damaging and your not allowed a straightener anyway.
There is some really good straightening products that do not require a straightener.
