Please can you help me with my hair straightening?

im a guy and im 15 ive got blonde and brown hair and have recently grown it, because my girlfriend likes it long. however ive being staightening because if i dont it doesnt look too good... but ive noticed its started to frizz and has gone dryer than usual, if i use a heat protective spray and keep my straighteners on a low setting about 80 degrees will my hair be o.k? also if i use conditioner for dry and damaged hair will this also help? many thanks , josh. thankyou for your help i would really appreciate it if you could help me. and also what conditoners would you reccomend to keep my hair healthy?

use the the conditioner and also use the protectant spray but dont set the geat on a lower tempature

Try using Dove... The bottle in the navy color.... I think its called Therapy something.... Its the only Dove shampoo in that color, so you wont miss it. For better results, use the conditioner that goes with it! Good luck!

use a frizz spray when its soaking wet, and use a leave-in conditioner, also dont wash your hair every day to maintain the oils in your hair

Hey, I would suggest using Garnier Fructis Repair and Shine shampoo and conditioner, and using their deep conditioning cream treatment once a week. It's real simple, you just put it into your freshly washed hair and let it sit for 5 - 10 minutes, then rinse it out. Their products come in a bright green bottle.

The heat protective spray is a good idea too.

Definitely use a good moisturizing conditioner...right now im using Matrix Sleek Look shampoo and conditioner and it works great. Also use a protective serum like CHI silk infusion before u blow dry and CHI shine infusion when u use the straightening iron. And if u dont have a good ceramic iron...u should invest in one like the CHI iron . Also, try to get hair trims every couple of months to keep ur hair healthier and once a week try deep conditioning your hair while in the shower.
