What if I stop straightening my hair?

For a while, will it become less frizzy? Because before I started straightening my hair it never frizzed! I loved it, but after I started it began to frizz, a lot. If I keep using my Garnier Fructis shampoo for dry, frizzy, and unmanagable hair and if I stop straightening my hair for a while, could it go back to normal? Or at least a little bit less frizzy?

Sounds like you may have damaged your hair a little bit. The best thing to do would be get a good salon brand shampoo and conditioner made to repair your hair. Two good brands are Joico K-Pak and Brocato Cloud 9. They will help repair the damage, and help strengthen your hair to aid in preventing future damage. You will see a big difference in your hair if you use good salon products all the time. I never thought there was a difference until I tried them for myself. Salon stuff is all I've used now for at least the past 7 years, and my hairstylist always comments on how healthy and great-looking my hair is.

Sounds like your hair needs a break. All that heat just isn't good for your hair. Use a leave in conditioner to help with the frizz.

go to a salon and get a deep condition. right now it's just overprocessed.

Depends on what you straightened your hair with; if it was a permanent process, you need to keep it up otherwise it will grow in messy/frizzy and if you cut it off where there is regrowth it will take years to be long. If you mean a flat iron; your hair has been damaged and if you treat it well and stop blow drying and flat irioning it, it will get better..but if its permanent, your hair will never be back to normal reallyu cuz the texure has been changed but that doesnt mean it will be frizzy necessarily , sorry but straightening is a pain!

Sounds like you've been straightening your hair maybe a bit too much. Give your hair a break because all the heat from the straighteners breaks your hair. And let me also suggest that you use a shampoo and conditioner. And when you put on shampoo leave it on your hair for about 5 mins so that you let it in your hair properly. Put on twice if necessary. I hope this helped!
