Dont use heated rollers/ blow dryers too much, it'll damage ur hair permanently.

Use egg or henna as a conditioner.

Try wearing it curly some days. Find products that make it look ok (ie no frizz). I have no idea why girls with naturally curly hair always straighten it, it seems unneccessary.

Use products that protect against heat styling. Just go to a salon or a drugstore and read the labels. You can get a shampoo/conditioner, and some sort of leave-in product and that should help you out. You'll never 100% eliminate the damage.. flat irons get SUPER HOT. Wear your hair up and curly some days, that will help.
