Ok, I have this straightener, and it works when I straighten my hair in the morning, but towards the middle of the day my hair is all curvy again. Is it my straightener, or am I just straightening my hair wrong? Can you give me tips for straightening my hair? It's naturally slightly wavy.

number one rule for using a flat iron (other than making sure your hair is dry). is to make sure your flat ironing in small sections. VERY small sections.

it made a huge diffrence, it took like a extra 20 minutes....but it was well worth it.

if its frizzing, you might consider using something like paul mitchell super skinny serum, its the best thing for anti-frizz. and gives your hair a great shine!

Buy a straightener that is ceramic instead of metal if you don't already have one. And while you're straightening it, if your hair is thick, straighten it in layers instead of doing it all at once. Section it off with clips or elastics. It works for me and I have reeeally frizzy, curly hair, so it should work for you, too :]

I have EXTREMELY frizzy %26amp; curly hair.

if you don't want it to curl, the best thing to do is not to tie it. IT WILL CURL IF YOU DO THAT.

also, get your hair thinned. it cut my hair straightening time in half.

the best thing for keeping your hair from curling is pureology straight serum...that is some amazing stuff. hard on your pocketbook but really really good.

befor straighting and after your hair is completky dry, try Dove straighting lotion. i use it every day and my hair frizz to no end! Dove is the best i've found yet. keeps smooth and silky all day.
